LIGUETTA D'COSTA, BAKER OF CAKES AND DESSERTS

Liguetta D'Costa is the face of "Liggy's Cake Delights" and has been for over six years. Her passion for baking began when she used to make cakes for fun. As time went on, Liguetta became more interested in baking and trying out different types of cakes and desserts.

"Baking and decorating cakes has always been a big hobby of mine. I really started to become passionate about baking when I used to watch the show Cake Boss. This show really pushed me to learn more techniques for cake decorating. Through this job, I find that baking is very rewarding, especially when you see the smile on your client's face."

"I always say that the baking part of my job is a science, from following the recipe to putting the cake in the oven. The decorating part is my expression of art and creativity that is conveyed through the cake. The more cakes I bake, I find myself learning and trying to improve my techniques so that I may deliver a better product each time."
